7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund on eligible products. If unsatisfied, request a refund within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Product must be unopened and unused in original packaging
  • Refund request within 7 days of delivery date
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) required
  • Product not damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products (hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products returned after 7 days
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Sale items marked as final sale

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund, covering return shipping costs.
